We can check up to 700 different loan programs to see which one fits your needs. If you fill out our short application, we will process it and have your answer back within 24 -48 Hours. We will let you know which of our programs will work for you and explain all your options.
Rent to Own
On some of our homes, we can set up a rent to own (lease option) program that will allow you to move into the home. You then follow a simple program to improve your credit. As your credit improves we can move you into a traditional financing program.
No Down Payment / Closing Cost Money
We have numerous lenders that finance with NO money down. If a down payment is required, below are links to non-profit organizations that provide free down payment money:
A non-profit organization that offers down payment gift assistance programs to buyers of single family homes. The gifts can be up to 10% of the sales price depending in on the amount allowed by the lender.
One of the oldest organizations offering downpayment gift assistance to home buyers. Gift funds up to 6%, depending on need.
No geographic restrictions. There's no limit on a buyer's income or assets. Gifts can be 7% or higher, but that figure is dependent on the maximum the lender allows.
