To protect you and your investment, our program is structured to include the following features.
- You receive a promissory note signed by the owners of the company.
- You receive a first mortgage on specific parcels of local real estate.
- Your maximum loan-to-value ratio is 70%.
- You are named as an additional insured on the insurance covering the property in which you invest.
If you have funds in a retirement account and would like your money to grow tax free or tax deferred, the IRS allows you to invest in our program through a self-directed IRA.
